Booking and Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
If you book an appointment and do not attend, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will be charged at 100%. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full cost. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but please note that punctuality is crucial to ensure you receive your full treatment.
How can I change or update my booking?
If you need to change or update your booking, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment as long as it is done with more than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to our cancellation policy.
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.
Can I book treatments online?
Yes, all our treatments can be booked directly through our website. Simply choose your desired service, select a date and time, and complete the payment process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.
Do I need to pay for my treatment in advance?
Yes, all treatments must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This helps prevent no-shows and ensures that our therapists' time is respected.
Can I book multiple treatments at once?
Yes, you can book multiple treatments in one session. Simply add the treatments you'd like to your booking and choose a time that accommodates them all.
Payments and Refunds
What is your refunds policy?
We do not offer refunds. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details regarding cancellations.
How do discount codes and vouchers work?
Discount codes and vouchers can only be used for one transaction and must be applied during checkout. They cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. If your discount code is not working, please ensure it is still valid and that you are meeting the minimum purchase requirements.
Can I use a gift voucher for part of the payment?
Yes, gift vouchers can be used as part-payment towards any treatment. If the treatment exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance can be paid using another method.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
No, gift cards are non-refundable. However, bookings can be made up until the gift card's expiry date. As long as the booking is made before the expiry date, you can receive the treatment even if the appointment is scheduled for after the expiry date.
How long is my gift voucher valid?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Be sure to make your booking before the expiry date, though your appointment can take place after this as long as the booking is made beforehand.
Treatment Information
Do I need to complete a consultation form before my massage treatment?
Yes, all clients are required to complete an online consultation form prior to their massage treatment. This form will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. If the form is not completed online, it will need to be filled out upon arrival at the clinic, which may reduce the time available for your treatment.
Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Yes, we offer a range of treatments designed to suit all skin types. During your consultation, we will assess your skin type and recommend the best treatment to achieve the desired results.
What is the best way to prepare for my treatment?
Before your treatment, it's important to hydrate and arrive with clean skin or nails, depending on the treatment. For waxing treatments, ensure your hair is at least ¼ inch long. You will receive specific instructions for your treatment in the confirmation email.
Are your products and treatments vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to offer a range of vegan and cruelty-free treatments at our clinic. Our products are carefully selected to align with our commitment to ethical and sustainable beauty.
Do I need to patch-test before any treatments?
Yes, for certain treatments such as waxing, facials, and chemical peels, we may recommend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure you don't experience any adverse reactions.

What is your policy for pregnant clients?

Preparation and Aftercare
How long should my hair be before waxing?
For the best results, we recommend that your hair is at least ¼ inch long before your waxing appointment. This ensures the wax can grip the hair effectively, providing smoother, longer-lasting results.
What should I do after my waxing treatment?
After waxing, it's important to avoid hot baths, tight clothing, and sun exposure for 24-48 hours. We also recommend using a gentle exfoliant and moisturiser to prevent ingrown hairs and keep your skin smooth.

Is there parking available near the clinic?
Yes, there is free parking available for up to 2 hours and 30 minutes, just a 2-minute walk from the clinic.
