Had such a phenomenal experience here! This was my first time trying them out, and after having waxes at various places around Bristol, I can genuinely say this was the least painful experience I’ve had. I usually find waxing quite intense, but she was so calm, professional and reassuring throughout, which made the whole appointment feel so seamless and comfortable.
She clearly knows what she’s doing, and I felt completely at ease from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend her and will absolutely be coming back, both for my waxing appointments and to try some of the other services too. Such a lovely experience overall! ❤️

I've had a couple of massages with Iris here and they've been incredible. She really tailors the massage to you and what your body needs. I come out feeling a so relaxed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage in the local area.

Almudena is great! I previously went to rituals for an aromatherapy massage which was excellent, then back for a Korean lash lift. I have tiny short lashes but Almudena managed a great curl, really pleased with them! She also really took care of me and made sure I was comfortable and my eyes were OK. Great experience

I had my Eye-Brows Microbladed for the first time and I can honestly say I am well over the moon with the outcome.
Just such a difference and an amazing look.
The Salon was, so nice and clean, very chilled and relaxing and Savannah and the Owner (sorry, didn’t catch your name 😔) was very professional and just a pleasure to deal with.

The massage itself was lovely. I have gone for a massage twice this year, and both times I have had the massage start more than 10 minutes late which makes the experience less enjoyable/more stressful when I expect the appointment to finish at the booked time slot.

Honestly the most pleasant waxing experiences I’ve ever had - and I’ve been to my fair share of places! Been trying to find an equivalent just as good more local to me for over a year without success- so I’ll just be coming back here now! Is a good 45 min trek but worth the journey. Always incredibly gentle, thorough and least painful experiences I’ve had. Would highly recommend ! X

Pedi and massage today at ritual; my first visit - would recommend!
I have to leave extra glowing feedback for Almu’s massage skills. I came in tense and uncomfortable due to stress / aches / tension, and left with my many knots and kinks skilfully ironed out.
The best deep tissue massage I have had in as long as I can remember.

Almudena is an amazing massuese. She not only knows the exact pressure points, but can feel out the problem area and fix it. My shoulder and neck soreness are gone after the session. Highly recommend.

Possibly my best deep tissue massage ever! I was nervous as although I really needed a full intense massage, this was my first time back after a surfing injury resulted in spinal surgery. Almudena is an incredible practitioner, blending targeted intensity with sensitivity and real relaxation, part way through I asked her to extend the session when I realised how good she was. Can't recommend highly enough and will be back again, thank you.

I recently booked a massage treatment for my mother at Rituals East Street Bristol, and she was absolutely delighted with the experience.

Wonderful massage with beautiful people. I had booked a hot stone relaxing massage but obviously needed more than that. Almudena gave me a deep tissue combined with hot stone which was exceptional. I feel SO much better! Highly recommend and if I lived in Bristol I’d be a regular customer. Thank you so much!

I have been getting my legs waxed for a few years now, and I have recently had them waxed by Almudena at Ritual Massage and Beauty and it was the most thorough and comfortable wax I have ever had. I would highly recommend!! This will be where I get my legs waxed from now on 🙂 🙂 🙂

I had an amazing Indian head massage with Almudena.
The space was super relaxing, and she made me feel comfortable from the start—really professional but also warm and friendly.
I absolutely loved the technique where she gently pulled my head from my body—it felt incredible but the scalp and shoulder massage was definitely my favourite part.
The whole experience was lovely, I left feeling totally refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I recently had a back massage at Ritual. Almudena was very attentive and took the time to understand my specific issues, particularly the tension and pain caused by a knot in my back. She worked diligently to target the areas of discomfort, using deep tissue techniques that were both firm and gentle at the same time.
After the session, the pain had significantly diminished, and I left feeling lighter and more relaxed. Thank you

I had my nails done yesterday and I really like the result. Although I felt pain several times during the process (while removing the nail polish and dealing with dead skin), Almudena was very careful and used a very fine brush to adjust the details while applying the gel on my nails. The dead skin was removed very cleanly. Personally I felt the only thing can be improves is the skill of shaping nails. Overall, I am very satisfied!
